I use JetAudio, it should do what you want, you may have to fiddle with it a bit though...and I don't know about Myspace, what format does it use?

edit: I don't know, you used to be able to do stuff with mp3s in Jetaudio by downloading a plugin. Looks like maybe you have to buy it now.
