Bebop used to be my favorite, but it's been taken over by Samurai Champloo.
Last Exile, FMPF?, Genshiken, Speed Grapher, Crest Of The Stars, Gankutsuou.
I've got a bunch from the winter/fall season I haven't had a chance to watch, yet: Black Cat, Blood+, Cluster Edge, Solty Rei, Jigokou Shoujo, Noein, Gun Sword.
I'm going to limit myself to just Ergo Proxy and maybe Black Lagoon for the spring.
