The two scariest ones to me when I was a kid, were the cocaine one where the girls room fills up with water to show sniffing drugs deprives your brain of oxygen. And the marijuana one where there's a kid hanging from puppet strings in a dark empty space with circus music playing in the background as he smokes the joint. And then the circus music hits a low open powerful chord and fades out, that would probably still scare me if I saw it today
