thank god someone else agrees with me on that one. i find it also really disgusting when people don't tone their hair properly after bleaching it and it's either yellow from not toning long enough (or at all) or it's gray-lavender from leaving the toner on too long. you know how old ladies lots of times have lavender or pale blue hair? that's because you use the same toner on bleached hair.
