I'd interview them to find out the stuff I want to know (lots of questions about SYR6 I think). In the spirit of fair play I'd then give them the chance to interview me. Then I'd hit 'em with my sales pitch and ask them, in my role as Membership Secretary, to join the Friends of Bidston Hill. I'd show them round the hill and I'm sure they'd love to join our great group.

Incidentally, membership is a mere £5.00 (@ $8.00, I think) per year per household! You get newsletters, meetings with guest speakers and the knowledge that your very reasonable sum will help pay for preservation work on Bidston Hill itself. We also organise guided walks and publish informative leaflets etc. Anyone interested should PM me their address and I'll post a membership form!
