Well I just checked my own copy and mine's not copy controled... so if you tell me a bitrate you prefer then I can just rip it, convert it to mp3 and send you a link to download. I usually use the VBR V0 or VBR V2 settings for mp3 (see link below).
I use EAC too. Take note that configuring EAC in order for it to work properly takes quite some time, but is necessary if you want to be 100% sure about accurate results. But once you've done that then it's way better than just about any ohter ripping software.
