Well, if you put the wah after the distort, you'll a much "sharper" wah sound because you're varying the signal of the distortion. If you put the wah before, you're distorting the already varied signal, so you get less wah sound but it makes for a less drastic and dramatic tone. The placement all depends on how you want it to sound.
Before distortion=more subdued, smoother
After distortion=more dramatic, in yr face.
