Well I think the main thing for me is that if I cut down on junk food and really fat foods, control my portions, and eat more fruits and vegetables.

One small helping of rice with dinner isn't bad, but I don't need to get a second helping.

Just that sort of stuff. Eating a more balanced diet with smaller portions and getting regular exercise and maybe trying to build a little more muscle so I can pick up big heavy things (which I find myself doing once or twice a week) easier.
