ha ha, it's true, but sometimes you need to have an excess in the opposite direction to balance things back. sort of like affirmative action. if you're addicted to sugar, for example, it's easier to cut sugar & sweetener altogether & destroy your sweet tooth, then it's easier to eat normally.
