i'd go with meth being worse, but only because it seems far more common now days.
I haven't heard of anyone smoking crack in a while. maybe it's because all those anti crack psa's, they need to step it up on the meth ones.
they need a cool slogan though. crack is wack was affective. and it rhymes, so if you're strung out on crack, it was easy enough to remember.
