hell yes, it's awesome. i took classes for about 7-8 months a few years ago. it was great. i should have kept practicing. i remember the terrible leg burn & my knees buckling from standing forever in those positions. hm...

i do stretching these days instead, and there's this very funny book i like; great routine & lots of theory plus a good dose of hilarious russian bravado:

i never bought the book, i borrowed, read & took notes which i use these days. good stuff.
