I've left school, and i work in a department which has like 2 girls. Even though I'm much more confident now than I used to be, I'm still pretty self conscious.
Does anyone have any tips on becoming super-confident?

Just look at all of the ugly guys you know who are super confident. If you don't develop a super confident attitude right away, try and develop their sense of "nothing to lose" when talking to women. Then the results will speak for themselves.
