who gives a shit about american contributions to food? (north america anyway). unless you're counting native foods (some quite delicious), it's all imports.

there's thai, indian, french, italian, burmese, latin american (many different kinds including mexian), chinese, ethiopian, etc-- but i've never heard of a "british food craze" though--ever
