this is what i do..
go to my happy place, which is a little explicit so i'll spare you them details, then always find out the customers first name and call him by that, say its "John" then in my calmest and most softest voice i tell them
"john, why the fuck dont you just fuck off and suck a hi-powered fart outa my ass you slave driving bollox"
then hang up.
