I have to deal with what seems like more than my fair share of idiots, and while I always try to start off nice, it doesn't take long for my replies to become more and more monosyllabic. There have been a few people I've ended up having heated arguements with, but usually I'll just agree to do whatever they want me to do, but not actually do it. Those conversations are usually finished by lots of cursing and swearing as soon as I've put the phone down.
