they are all very nice people who are typically overqualified for the job they have, however, they rarely know what they are talking about.
they are forced to read from scripts. when the problem or issue deviates from the usual, their flow-chart fails them and they start talking nonsense.
I'm always super-nice to these poor bastards. 50 cents a day salary isn't near worth the hassle of dealing with assholes like me all day long.
