Y'know, I hardly ever get mad. I get irritated, annoyed, whatever... mainly at my girlfriend.. but then I just get reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally quiet... and eventually it passes.
The one time in the past year I was really mad, I took our couch and threw it.. I picked it up and threw it and it tumbled over like a katamari and hit a wall and knocked over some pictures... also, another time, I was mad and took my N64 controller and threw it down and it shattered everywhere..
I don't think I ever really get mad anymore though..
