you'd be surprised, but a lot of good people get turned off by shit like that. i know first hand of a handful of great board members who have fled over the years due to out-of-hand trolling activity.

this is just a summer lull, people take off and what not. happens every year. but in part i think it has to do with people who get tired of the stupid fights & disappear, so what you're looking at is not just the disappearance of blatherbabas but also the civilian casualties.
