every U2 song i've ever heard has the same exact chorus. it's just the title of the song repeated. and before anyone says, "yeah, lots of bands do that!" but i mean seriously... U2 is the worst offender. i find a lot of their earlier songs especially interchangeable.
that being said, they're probably the least annoying "godhead" bands from the 80's that critics still worship for whatever reason. unfortunately, my favorite song by them is probably that stupid batman forever song just because it has this really awesome riff in it in one part... remember u2's excursion into techno though? zaroopa. that was the stupidest shit known to man. and no one can forget...
