FUCKKKK!!!! its FREE!!!!! haha. it works rather nicely as an email service, which is what i mainly use it for. and fuck, if theres a friend i dont feel like talking to, but want to see if theres anything going on in his life, i can just checkout his myspace. sometines there will be blogs/etc informing me of shit.

if ya dont like myspace...awesome. i could care less.

but to say "adding bands on myspace is dumb", haha, well, thats rather dumb to me. my band has a site, but id be a liar if i said most of the (few) people that have visisted the site didnt discover it via myspace. or word of mouth..whatever. haha...word of mouth via myspace.

Well, I kind of do think My Space is lame, but so what? The radio is kind of lame too, but most musicians still want to get played on it. My Space has all kinds of annoying things about it, but as you say it's free. And there's lots of great music on it because of that. Anyone who chooses specifically not to use it for music, is seriously missing out. It's a lot easier to find groups you like in a selective environment like the internet than to wade through traditional media force feeding.
