i didn't expect to be in town again but my grandparents 40th wedding anniversary is tomorrow and they're having a huge party with the whole family and my mom called me last week and told me how bummed they would be if i didn't come etc etc so i sort of felt an obligation. it will be nice to see members of my family i haven't seen in a long time because even if they are completely nutty i totally love them.
