Look, you see, when I would come on this board, I would assume by default that anything said or done here would be viewed by everyone 75% ironically. It just kind of blew me away when you took once sentence so literally (I think). Just seemed strange on a board full of hipsters.
But then I thought I'm probably just being tested, much like the returning champion from Jeopardy (yeah that's me). Deep down you all have just a tiny bit of love for me, right? Just asking.
There's so much rudeness on the internet. I honestly don't mind being a somewhat deceptive or incessantly nice, enforcing politeness, disagreeing with people for not being optimistic, not embracing my asshole-ness, etc. I don't mind, I can already see a million worse things to be. The problem was never people being too sunshiney, it's that there are not enough sunshiney people. Being nice is the only interesting thing left to do on the internet, don't you think? Aren't you bored? Who cares about being rude? It's the most boring thing to do. Everyone does it. Aren't you the kind of people that are supposed to be scared to death of being called a dull person? So you might say anything for a reaction. Trust me, you need to own that dullness. That sunshine. Owning dullness transforms it into anything but. Anybody into Tolstoy? Gandhi?
On a board where everybody has ten green "props" I really see my two red ones as the only ones with meaning.

Ok, first I just want to say I'm not angry at floatingslowly. But I just started thinking about things in general and decided to run with it, so I typed it mainly for my own amusement. I couldn't help it but I thought some of my responses were snappy and artful, and don't want to keep it to myself.
