There is an episode of Flight of the Conchords where Bret rights a song for a girl, claiming he'd do a bunch of things for her like climb the highest mountain, etc.
Jemaine points out that he probably wouldn't really do that for her. He suggests Bret right a song about things he would actually do for her. The first verse of the new song is about hanging out with her.
