I suspect that the original Noisettes can keep his name, as they have flash-in-the-pan written all over them, and he'll probably be around a lot longer if never on that scale. He's been using the name since the '90s when he lived in Athens GA and gigging and releasing records under it, but I think he's basically too nice a guy to sue over something like that.
