first off, i drove 9 miles through dc and silver spring until i realized i didn't have my headlights on after the show

Christina was very awesome again, i can see where Toliet sees her guitar play more interesting then Tom Carter's, too bad it lost on some in the audience

the show was excellent, very loud acoustic, Matt Heyner on bass which was evil awesome, Trees Outside the Academy was maybe the best of the newest stuff, in the DOUBLE encore they played
queen bee and her pals
feathers
staring statues
patti smith math scratch (best of the night)
and came back out for Psychic Hearts with only Steve and Thurston.

other highlights;:

before the set began i asked Thurston while he was on stage
Myself: "How's it going with the laptops, did you get them back?"
Thurston: "How did you know about that?"
Myself: "Radio.......Internet" audience also yells to confirm it
Thurston: "Well we haven't been plugged into that connectivity, because we haven't gotten them back, so i don't know if I believe you or not"
Some guy in the audience : "HE STOLE IT!!!"
Myself: "Totally, 500 mile round trip for it"

during the second song Silver>Blue, Thurston suddenly turned his back to the audience, and lowered to his knees while still playing, Steve was just looking at him with amused disbelief (like whatafuk) and the rest of the band starting laughing and so did T, and after the song Thurston asked "did you guys notice anything weird during that song?" much confused laughter from the crowd, T says "It's funny, we were just talking about this on the way here, listening to these black witchery CDs. talking about what it would be like to vomit on stage, I have played live since 1978 i have never done that on stage" and he came to his own Schulzian affirmation..."I just vomited on my guitar" and much laughter...

also great meeting Krastian FINALLY, great to see you there
