Not that big a deal. Unless you want the perfect "collectible" copy, with the idea of making money off it later, it's not worth bothering about. I see this kind of thing fairly often, and yeah, it means from a collector's standpoint, it's not Mint, but it's also still in great shape overall. Now if the vinyl turns out to be flawed--a lot of noise, warped, etc.--you'd have a good case for a refund or replacement.

I've learned to be less finicky about these things. Was it here, or somewhere, I heard stories of some collector who owns copies of old Dylan records from Jimi Hendrix's own collection! The guy says Hendrix treated his LPs like shit, all scratched up and fingerprinted (!), and I think it's Highway 61 even has Hendrix's blood on it. Jimi broke a wine glass while playing the LP and dripped blood on the grooves. The collector guy refuses to clean the LPs, of course.

Isn't that a nice story?
