Nope, I mean it in an act of love or generosity towards someone else. Say, the only way you could save someone close to you was giving them not just an internal organ of your body, but an actual piece of you, which one would that be? I was re-watching 'Boxing Helena' by Jennifer Lynch yesterday, so this thread is inspired by that movie.
