to clear things up,
not all parts of Australia are hot 24/7, i live in Tasmania, notorious for bad weather...yet melbourne seems to always be colder and way rainier. Hobart actually gets the least rain than anyother major city believe it or not.
so come to Tas, go to the beach and take an umbrella.........
one last thing!!
I've actually had it snow once on Christmas day! and i live 10 min drive from the beach!!! it was an utterly freak occurance, doesnt even snow here.
