My friend LOVES venture brothers, which is odd, because pretty much every show I listed is ones we agree on (he fucking loves 12 Oz Mouse -- how could anyone NOT? it's genius; it's the epitome of adult swimdom but it's not annoying -- how'd they do that?).
Unfortunately, we don't agree on venture brothers. It's boring. It's not AWFUL, though, unlike most of their shows. It's just.. boring.
No comment on Aqua Teen really.. or Sealab.. I think they both have some really good episodes but holy shit does the schtick wear thin. Thank god the episodes are only 11 minutes long.
The best adult swim show in a while.. I dunno if they made any episodes of it besides the 1 I saw.. I'm pretty sure they haven't yet, but I went ahead and listed it in my list because it was so great.. this show SUPERJAIL... look it up on their site or youtube and watch the only episode. If the whole show was as good as that pilot, it's going to be amazing. Or it could end up like Perfect Hair Forever and have a cool pilot and end up being fucking awful.
Adult Swim sucks.
