Why's it wrong? Yes it slightly increases the chance of birth defects (very slightly) but I don't really see how it is wrong. Technically cousins are distantly related enough to not be considered incest by many cultures. There are 2 uncommon bloodlines in a cousin couple. Coupling with a sibling, parent, child, aunt, uncle, nephew, niece- there is at most one uncommon bloodline.
I'd say 2 or more uncommon bloodlines and it is fairplay.
