To state it another way, maybe they aren't the horniest, they are just the ones that feel the least inhibited about telling everyone how horny they are.
I swear, after two beers or one mixed drink, they are usually salaciously propositioning just about any young woman in proximity. You may say it's a stereotype, and to say that it's across the board is definitely very inaccurate, but it seems to be the norm at least among a good number of the younger males. Sometimes it's only done from afar with the hand to the face and fingers in a 'V' with the tongue flicking simulating cunnilingus.
And it seems to me to have something to do with peoples having some native Indian blood stimulating a chemical imbalance when alcoholic beverages are consumed.
