i practised athletics since i was 9 until i was 17, from 14 to 17 i was doing mid to high competition and training 3 hours 3 or more days per week.
i am now 19 and my part-time job requires me to be sit in front of computer a great part of the day and i'm no longer a sprint runner but i feel the amounts of adrenaline are still there so unless i do some sort exercise it's hard for me lie on a pillow and fall asleep.
i am not even joking.
so yeah, exercise.. from hardcore guitar playing, sex or whatever
