well i don't necessarily agree with the reason she's suing them, but let's take the example of the woman who spilled hot coffee from mcdonalds into her lap and sued them because they didn't put a caution label on the cup. it's the principle of the thing, not the specifics. you must look at the big picture. mcdonalds and the white stripes and whoever else you can think of have enormous amounts of money, and if you've got the opportunity to capitalize on it, fucking do it! i'm not saying it's right or that i agree with suing over petty bullshit, however if there is a lot at stake financially and you've got nothing to lose, why the hell not?
