A lot of scat porn is to do with various psychological states - an interest in the 'extremes' of sexual expression is not necessarily caused by one factor, some people are interested in the transgression of social boundaries, some people have libidos for whom the object has become shit, the people I know into this, or similar, scenes tend to come from heavily religious backgrounds (ie their understanding of pleasure principles is formed from what amounts to psychological abuse - their understanding of pleasure is in pain, that is, they have reversed the understanding of pleasure due to its absence).
