Of course, as every coffee lover knows, the best coffee is made one cup at a time, the one-cup drip method used in the better coffee places (not Starbucks, for example of the opposite method, which is to make and store in large pots). I miss that here. Haven't found a coffeehouse yet in this city that uses that method. I was spoiled in Iowa City, where I went to Java House every morning. There they take your order for a cup of coffee, and then make just one cup of it, yours. It's so good that way.
