the O's have shed a hell of alot of baggage in the offseason, but i don't see them being a force anytime soon
really they only thing i think that could help them in that division is a salary cap
the Nats i hope shall turn some heads, and not just for having the newest and best stadium in the league (and the only that serves Half Smokes from Ben's Chili Bowl and Giffords Ice Cream)
