Personally I would say some one who is more concerned with appearence than with authenticity. But it is just as valid to criticize one as concerned with appearing "authentic" and that concerning oneself with style is not necessarily obsession and can be authentic in itself.
Poor kids dressing up like rich kids, rich kids dressing up like poor kids, and rich kids and poor kids just being themselves.
