I've cut a lot of red meat from my diet over the years. I'm trying to cut it down to no red meat at all this year to stay healthy. It's not all that hard except when it comes to planning a week's worth of meals for the family. But easy substitutes include fish and poultry. I'm also giving up eggs and potatoes, and reducing use of butter.
