  • eat aliments from each group daily. (complete alimentation)
  • eat a bigger quantity of aliments from the bigger groups and less from smaller groups. (balanced alimentation)
  • eat different aliments inside each group, diversing daily and n the different seasons of the year. (diversed alimentation)



there's red meat there, eggs and potatoes too, all you have to do is to eat is to balance your diet in the right portions.
