Ah fuck Pauly, didn't see your post in time, otherwise I woulda upped it for you. I was going to just up it yesterday but I had a feeling you already had it.Yeah, I listened to it again, it IS a really great album. It's odd, though, how energized an album like "country on the click" or "post reformation tlc" sounds, whereas "Real new fall" sounded kinda drab and this album sounds... not... I dunno.. it sounds very very stuck in a rut and dark.. like everyone's just having an awful time. Also, I will definitely go ahead and disagree with mr. ikara cult... This album definitely is weird. Listen to the aformentioned third track again. It goes from a kind of electronic Fall-ish song into a banjo and poppy keyboard song into a very slow, grinding Fall song into a punk noise song! It's amazing. Also, Mark E. Smith is sounding stranger and stranger all the time............ Great album!
