seems more extensive than confusion is next for sure. there is also a lot more general historical stuff including thurston's obsession with hardcore (which apparently left a lot of his peers including lee and jim scluvanos mystified). also more general history about post punk and no wave as well as an odd tangent on the meat puppets. i'm about 90 or so pages in and the recording of Kill Yr Idols is being discussed along with Thurston's Killer fanzine.
a while since i read confusion is next, but as i said, it is definitely beefier although this is due in part to the tangental stuff
