It's just that you're young, don't worry you'll get how hair in the face is not a good thing eventually too. In the meantime, check these out, messy hair can be good, but the whole messy looks needs to look effortless and appropriate to what you're doing:
The wind is blowing and you've been moving about and singing:
You don't comb your hair much but there is no wind in the room and you're sitting down:
And don't be worried about your face, I'm sure everyone can see that you're good looking whether you try to cover it up or not
