Wow, awesome answer. I love vanilla but am allergic to coffee.
Depends on my mood. Once every couple of years I have to slow bake a pot of Boston Baked. I use white navy beans for that and a whole lotta smoked pork and absoultely no tomato products.
My go to beans are usually pinto.
