All it did was make me disillusioned with "adult rationality" and political rhetoric that lives on today. I read a newspaper article that said more students are majoring in Philosophy nowadays than ever before, in part inspired by the confusion of a post-9/11 world. Well I'm a Philosophy major, but I wouldn't attribute it to only that. I would also think that it woke a lot of my generation and the following one out of our fun-for-fun's-sake pop-punk Blink 182 type shit.
