Nefeli is right. Just try and sleep it off if you can. Headache tablets for the skull pounding. Fruit can sometimes aggavate your stomach more. Bananas might be ok though. Egg and chips later in the day but, seriously. Get into bed, switch on the telly and amuse yourself as the words 'never again' inevitably spurt once more from your dry lips, safe in the knowledge that of COURSE it'll happen again.
