That pub is very close to whitechapel/aldgate, so it might be the same pub. I don't think it opens 24 hours, though, 'cause in the morning it seems closed. Maybe it's another one. One thing that I like about this area for sure is that you can go and find somewhere open in the midlle of the night, unlike central london, where everything closes after a certain time.
