You're telling me. In all seriousness, some pub staff in Soho feel they have the right to be a total cunt to the patrons. What is this, a "Fame Academy" for people who want to work in a record shop? Jeez! Round here in Claphamland though, to be fair, they're pretty OK, in my opinion.
