Haha, I don't know if cd's sound worse than mp3's. They sound pretty much the same, unless the mp3 bitrate is encoded low. But I see your point.
I like cd's.. I like things with character.. I like tapes (and VHS tapes for movies) because I like things to get scratchy and poppy over time... which is probably a weird thing to say, but I just hate really glossy digital sounds.
