Haha. I still have my copy of Olympian. It's a genuine guilty pleasure in that really, it is a load of old crap, but there's a strange charm about it isn't there. The lyrics are absolutely woeful, but there's this really odd sincerity about the whole thing. It's like they were so desperate to be The Smiths, but had based their entire worship of them on reading Morrissey interviews rather than listening to the albums. I have a strange fascination with Gene that could easily see me rambling on about them forever. So I'll stop now ... for everyone's benefit.
