this mix makes the vocals stand out nicely btw, it's not bad at all.

the overall mood reminds me of one of my fav records ever, titled "d'amortelocanto" , by an almost unknown (even over here) italian band called Kleinkief. I'll up it and link it somewhere, they split up and it's probably waaay out of print. They started from semi noise-rock to more pop "song form" stuff, and by their third record they gave birth to this amazing album semi acoustic - semi poetic, with weird melodies, weird lyrics and hooks... I'm gonna listen to it now ha ha.
